Our first module was installed at the Niemeyer Center in Avilés on January 31, 2020. The Hotel Palacio Avilés, offered the experience of sleeping in a habitable laboratory, within the unbeatable framework of the work of the Brazilian architect, merging Art, Technology and Public Space.

Modular Architecture [offsite], the fact that it has been produced in a factory, allows greater speed, optimization of resources and a minimum impact on the final site. Installation was done in just one hour.

This project is the embodiment of our mantra: 1 month production | 1 day transportation | 1 hour installation.
