The Hotel Palacio de Avilés, in Asturias, decides to undertake an extension of 22 rooms on the existing 17th-century building. The architecture studio [baragaño] presents a four-storey project, based on modular construction, and proposes, together with the ArcelorMittal R&D center, to create the room 23, where they will test technologies to implement in the hotel. This is not [just] a hotel room. It is also a meeting place, a space for events, a work area and of course a room for relaxation.
